Terms of Service and Frequently Asked Questions Minimum Age - You must be at least 18 years of age to order from our website and use the products we sell. Payments - All payments are processed almost instantly, or within 24 Hours of payment information receipt. Shipping - The shipping process of your order begins immediately upon credit or debit card verification and authorization from your bank. If you pay via e-check, we prepare your order to ship upon receipt, but wait for your e-check to clear before we actually ship... usually within 3-5 business days. Returns - Since there is usually a fair amount of international "red tape" and expense to you to return the pet medications, we do not generally accept them. Rare exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure you are ordering the correct products the first time. If you order the wrong pet med please destroy them, or better yet, donate them to the nearest animal shelter; they would be greatly appreciative. Refunds - Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and will be permitted if we agree with your reason. Product replacement is usually the norm, especially in the very rare instances when the goods you ordered are damaged in the postal service. Customer's whose goods are not received will be offered a choice of replacement or refund in a timely manner. Products and Labeling - We sell only legitimate brand-name products made by the same multi-national companies sold in your country. The packages and inserts (instructions) may contain multiple languages on them because some of the products may not be labeled (specifically) for sale in your country. There is always a package insert printed in English. Your Credit Card or Bank Statement - When you receive your credit card bill, or statement from your debit or checking account, our charges will display as either:
