This is our home based business. We love our pets, our business and our customers. It's fun serving people with a personal touch, and has been a great learning experience for our children. This is not our primary source of income, but it sure can help a little towards paying for college educations!

We are pleased to be able to provide truly affordable prices on the popular (and gernerally more expensive) pet products. There are no stockholders to pay, nor advertising with fancy television commercials - so our bottom line is much less than any competitors we've seen. Our business is a small tight-knit company so our service never lacks. There is no 800 telephone number so we aren't glued to a phone, but the automated online ordering process runs smoothly and we're always only an email away.

We negotiate for the best pet medication prices around the world (all made by the same manufacturers).

You'll never see us "build" shipping costs into our product prices and then claim that shipping is free (or make you buy stuff you don't need to reach the level of "free shipping"). We charge a flat $5.25 per order for handling (regardless of the number of items ordered), then we add shipping costs that are around $2 per item. Heavier products will have slightly higher shipping charges.

We have a licensed veterinarian on staff in an "as needed" capacity. Feel free to contact us with questions or concerns about your pet(s) and/or the product(s), and he will reply in a timely manner.
